Job summary

You will turn AI prototypes into production systems: retrieval pipelines, agent orchestration, guardrails and evals that make intelligence a dependable product feature.

Responsibilities

Design and ship LLM features: agents, RAG pipelines, structured extraction Build evaluation harnesses and regression suites for AI behavior Instrument cost, latency and quality; tune models and prompts accordingly Partner with product engineers to integrate AI safely into client platforms

Education & experience

4+ years in machine learning or AI-adjacent backend engineering Production experience with LLM APIs, embeddings and vector search Strong Python or TypeScript engineering fundamentals Bonus: experience with fine-tuning, evals frameworks or MLOps
